Ensuring that the entire student body can eat together is a priority. Our current facilities are so small that meals are prepared and assembled in three different kitchens on campus. Students have to find less than ideal spaces to eat meals and socialize with friends. An expanded cafeteria will be a bright, joyful space to eat together.
Serving this new dining space will be a large, commercial-grade kitchen that will meet the school’s commitment to offer nourishing, balanced meals, achieve sustainability goals, and host large on-campus events. Modern meal preparation will enable us to serve our student body more efficiently.
